Motivation and Goals and How It Exactly Relates to Success

Motivation and Goals play a big part in people's success. It helps people stay focused towards the end goal. People need something to motivate and drive them when it comes to business. Some people it just comes naturally, and don't need any motivation or set goals in order to succeed. Many people however, this a key part of whether they succeed or not in any given business or job opportunity in matter of fact. There are several things people should think about when it comes to life in general.

1. Where do I want to be 1month from now, 3 months, 1 year , 2 years or 5 years from now?

Have a set goal when it comes to things. State where you would like to be sitting at that point in life. Whether its your improvement on financial status, being able to quit your job, paying off the mortgage, buying a new car or going on vacation to Hawaii. Think of where you would like to be at that point of your life.

2.Create a timeline of events/goals and dates.

Set your goals in stone, when it comes to your success.Determine what your goal will be, making $100 your first month $500, $1000 or $2000. Set this in stone, don't think you may do it, you WILL do it. Positivity comes along with success. Right mind set, your goals will be accomplished.

3. What's your motivation, what drives you?

Determine what it is that will motivate you and keep you focused on the end result. Maybe it's a watch you always wanted, a new DVD player, new computer, motorcylce, brand new car, that trip you and your wife or girlfriend always wanted to go on, pay off your debt, student loan, be able to one day tell your boss I QUIT! You get the picture. Find something that you really want or really want to be able to do that you weren't before. Put up a picture on your desk, in your car and think about it couple of times a day if not all day. KEY IS STAY FOCUSED!

4. Reward yourself

When you reach a certain set level or goal, reward yourself. Whether it's your half way goal to that new car you always wanted or that nice trip. When your set goal in your timeline is reached or exceeded, take time for yourself. Do something for yourself, you've earned it.

The goals you set forth and motivation will play a key role in your success. There are so many ways to keep motivated and keep you rolling towards your goal. Some people listen to audio tapes of successful business people telling you their success which their positivity and excitement runs off on you. Find whatever it is that helps you and keeps you going towards what you want in life. Me myself I don't really like audio tapes, but if it works for you, GREAT! Find what inspires you! Something I like to do is listen my favorite music or a great inspiring movie, something that keeps you pumped.

I wanna share this to you, it was sent to me from one of my downline members which is truly a really great person. She sent this to me after her place got burnt down just after Christmas. This movie will explain all, and she is still a happy person despite the recent tragedy and keeps working towards her goals even after the worst. I have great respect for Lois and wish her nothing but the best in 2007.

Then when 6 months comes I evaluate where i am sitting, and i'm telling you this, I have yet to quit any business opportunity that I have joined. All comes to dedication+effort=success.
